Refund/Return Policy for Custom, Handmade, Made-to-order Items
Because custom, handmade, made-to-order or otherwise customized items are generally made with a specific client’s needs in mind and cannot be restocked or resold, these generally fall into a “non-refundable” category.
However, there are exceptions when items come in damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective. In this case, please contact support and we will gladly assist you with this issue.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your refund request is approved, your bank or credit card provider should process the refund within 3-5 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue. In rare cases, refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
