What your screen-printed design will look like
Bold, vivid color built to last.

Bold, solid color.
Ink is pressed directly into the fabric, so colors come out vivid and opaque — even on dark garments.

Built to last.
Screen prints are highly durable and hold up to repeated washing without losing their punch.

Smooth, even coverage.
Each color lays down cleanly and consistently across the whole run, so your 100th shirt looks just like your first.

Best for bold, clean designs.
Logos, text, and graphics with defined areas of solid color are where screen printing truly shines.
A few things to know before you order
Screen printing is a layered process — each color in your design is its own screen, pressed onto the fabric one at a time. That's exactly what gives screen prints their bold, durable finish, but it also shapes how designs are prepared. Here's what to expect — and you'll always see a proof before anything is produced.
Screen printing uses solid spot colors.
Because each color is a separate screen, screen printing works with defined areas of solid color rather than gradients, blends, or photographic images. If your design includes gradients or photo-style detail, screen printing isn't the right fit — but our digital and DTF printing options handle those beautifully.

Each color is a separate screen, so color count matters.
Orders of 25-99 items include up to 3 ink colors, with a $80 charge per additional color.

We may simplify your colors to fit.
If your design has more colors than your order allows, we'll reduce or consolidate them to fit cleanly — often without any visible difference. If a design is far too colorful or complex to translate well, we'll reach out to talk through the best options with you rather than guessing. You'll see the final result in your proof before anything is produced.

There's a 25-item minimum.
Because each ink color requires its own screen to be set up, screen printing has a minimum order of 25 items per design. If your order mixes light and dark garments that need different ink colors, each color version is treated as its own design — and must meet the 25-item minimum separately. To keep your order as a single design, we recommend choosing garment colors that work with one ink color (all light or all dark).
