What your embroidered design will look like

Textured and dimensional.
Because your logo is sewn rather than printed, the thickness of the thread gives it a raised, tactile quality you can actually feel.

Premium and durable.
Embroidery is one of the most long-lasting decoration methods available. It won't crack, peel, or fade with normal washing and wear.

Rich, vivid color.
Thread colors stay true over time, and the sheen of the stitching adds a depth that flat prints can't reproduce.

Best for logos and text.
Embroidery shines with clean, bold designs — logos, monograms, lettering, and crests come out beautifully.
A few things to know before you order
Embroidery is a craft as much as it is a process, and getting the best possible result on fabric sometimes means making small, expert adjustments to your design. Here's what to expect — none of it is cause for concern, and we'll always show you a proof before anything is produced.
We may refine your design for stitching.
Very fine details, thin lines, and small text don't always translate cleanly into thread. When that happens, we'll simplify intricate elements or slightly resize and reposition text so your logo looks crisp and clean once it's stitched — not muddy or crowded. These are minor adjustments, and you'll see exactly how they look in your proof.

Thread colors are matched, not exact.
Since we have a limited number of thread colors, we may not be able to match your design or logo colors exactly. We'll match your design to the closest available thread colors. Embroidered designs support up to 8 thread colors per design.

Larger designs may carry a small surcharge.
There's no hard limit on how detailed your design can be, but designs with very high stitch counts take more time and thread to produce, so a small surcharge may apply. This is rare — most logos and designs never come close to that range — but if yours does, we'll let you know before anything is produced, and you'll always see it in your proof first.

Each piece is individually made.
Because every garment is hand-loaded onto our machines by our team, slight natural variation in placement can occur from piece to piece, and some fabrics may show minor stitching texture or pull. This is normal for embroidered apparel and is part of what makes each item individually crafted rather than mass-produced.
