Design upgrades:

Minimum order of 6 items. Orders of 6–23 items include up to 4 thread colors at no extra cost, with an additional charge of $1 per extra color. Orders of 24 or more items include up to 8 thread colors. A maximum of 8 thread colors is allowed per design.

For larger designs, a surcharge applies based on stitch count: $8 per item for designs over 20,000 stitches, $12 per item for designs over 28,000 stitches, $16 per item for designs over 36,000 stitches, and $20 per item for designs over 44,000 stitches.
