Merchconnect offers design and edit support to help your artwork print beautifully. Here's how it works and where the limits are.
Logo recreation & vectorization
If your logo needs to be redrawn or recreated by hand — for example, a low-resolution file that has to be rebuilt as print-ready art — this is additional work we may charge for as a service. Your account manager will quote logo recreation / vectorization before any work begins, so you always approve the cost first.
Who owns what

You own your brand and logo.
We're decorating your artwork, not claiming any rights to it.

We own the production files we create.
The digitized embroidery files, color separations, and print-ready setups used to produce your order. If you'd like these files for use elsewhere, ask your account manager about releasing them.
Project fit
We want every project to succeed. We reserve the right to decline projects where the technical requirements or expectations can't be met, or to pause work where a design isn't feasible as requested. If that happens, we'll always explain why and suggest alternatives where we can.
