Two ways to pay after ordering
We offer two ways to pay after ordering. Both are available to approved accounts, and every order is set up for you by a dedicated account manager.

Purchase Order
Best for: schools, universities, government agencies, and organizations that require a PO
Pay with an approved purchase order from your organization, and we'll invoice your billing department.

Net 30
Best for: businesses that place regular or recurring orders
Order without paying upfront. The full balance is due 30 days after production begins.
How it works

Contact us.
Reach out by email, phone, or live chat and let us know you'd like to pay by purchase order or Net 30.

Get approved.
Our team reviews your request and may ask for basic information about your organization, such as your billing contact.

Your account is updated.
Once you're approved, we update your Merchconnect account and assign you a dedicated account manager.

We build your order for you.
Tell your account manager what you need. They'll put your order together, send you a quote, and handle every detail from there.
PO and Net 30 orders aren't placed on the website
Purchase orders and Net 30 terms aren't available at online checkout. Even after you're approved, your account manager builds and places every order for you, which also means you always have someone checking the details.
Paying with a purchase order
Once your account manager sends your quote, issue a purchase order from your organization for that amount and send it to your account manager. We'll match your PO to your order and invoice your billing department.
Net 30 payment terms
With Net 30, you don't pay anything upfront. The full balance is due 30 days after your order goes into production.
Late payments
Invoices that aren't paid within 30 days may incur a late fee, and Net 30 terms may be paused on future orders until your balance is paid.
Changes and cancellations
Paying by PO or Net 30 doesn't change our cancellation policy. You can cancel free of charge before you approve your mockup. After approval, standard restocking fees apply.
