Getting Started with Merchconnect
How it works
Ordering is simple, and we keep you updated at every step:

Browse and design.
Find your product in our catalog and add your design as you go. You can reuse the same design across products that share the same print technique and garment style.

Check out.
Enter your shipping address, choose a delivery option, and submit payment.

Review your mockup.
We'll email your digital mockup within 1–2 business days. Look it over, request changes, or approve.

We produce and ship.
Once you approve, we make your order, quality check it, and ship it — with email updates the whole way.

Head straight to the catalog, pick your product, and start designing.

"I want to see pricing first."
Pricing depends on product, decoration method, and quantity, with bulk discounts applied automatically. Every product page shows pricing before you order. You can also reach out to us for a quote.

"I'd rather have someone guide me."
Prefer a hands-on experience? Contact us and we'll assign you a dedicated account manager who'll walk you through your order step by step — from product selection to final delivery.
Choosing your decoration method
Different products and looks call for different techniques. We offer four:
Embroidery
Stitched thread, durable and premium. Great for polos, caps, and jackets.
Screen printing
Vibrant, cost-effective for larger quantities. A classic for tees.
DTG (Direct-to-Garment)
Detailed, full-color prints ideal for complex designs and smaller runs.
DTF (Direct-to-Film)
Bright, versatile transfers that work across a wide range of fabrics.

Getting your design ready
You don't need print-ready files to start — just bring your logo or idea and we'll help prepare it for the best possible print. If your artwork needs cleanup or recreation, we'll let you know and quote any additional work before we begin.
